By law or under the terms of a contract we have with you, we need to collect your personal data. We will not be able to enter into a contract with you if you refuse or fail to provide the personal data we require. This means that we would have to cancel the service that you have requested from us.
How do we collect your personal data?

How do we use your personal data?
Most commonly, we will use your personal data using the lawful basis(s) below:
- Contract: When you make a request, such as a quote, before entering into a contract or by using our services. In order to provide the best complementary therapy options and advice, we would need you to complete a case history form, and sign and date an Informed Consent clause. If you fail to provide the data we require, we would have to cancel the services requested. We will also request that you sign and date a COVID-19 Health Statement, which includes giving permission for your contact details to be provided to the NHS Test and Trace Service if required.
- Legitimate Interest: If you receive a service, or make a request for a service, we may contact you in order to give you the best service and most secure experience we can conduct and manage within the interest of our organisation. We will ensure to balance and consider your rights and the impact on you, both negatively and positively, before processing your personal data for legitimate interests. We will not use your personal data for our interests and activities if they override the impact on you (unless we are permitted to by law, or we have your consent).
These activities may include keeping you up to date on our services.
We may use your contact, technical, profile data, usage and identity to decide if we think that you may be interested in our services. This will include receiving marketing communications from us if you have not opted out of receiving the marketing. You can opt out at any time simply by contacting us at enquiries@wellbeinglink.org.uk.
- • Consent: If you have not made a request for our services, but have opted in to receive e-newsletters or other topical information that we may send you from time to time. We will not pass your details onto any other organisations. You can opt out at any time simply by contacting us at enquiries@wellbeinglink.org.uk or visiting the link at https://wellbeinglink.org.uk/
- Legal obligation: we will process your personal data in compliance with our regulatory and legal obligations.

We do not usually rely on consent as the lawful basis for processing your personal data, and we will not sell your personal data to another organisation. However, we may use a third party to help us with direct marketing, such as sending e-newsletters or other communications via email or text. You have the right to withdraw consent to marketing at any time by simply contacting us at enquiries@wellbeinglink.org.uk or by telephoning Sue Woodley on 07956 308 493.
